Returns and Refunds

What is your returns and refund policy?

We will accept your return of an unused or defective item or a product that you are not completely happy with.  We can accept returns by mail or in person if you are based in Auckland, New Zealand.

How long do I have to return my product?

We will accept returns on any products purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. 

How much will I be refunded?

You will be fully refunded for the value of the items returned including shipping and any taxes.

How do I return my product?

We have a simple and free procedure for returns.  You can either return your product by mail or in person.

How do I return my item by mail?

Simply email us describing your issue.  After that, we will send you a pre-paid return.  Print the pre-paid return label and carefully pack your items including the original invoice.  Affix the pre-paid return label and drop it off at a carrier of your choosing. 

How do I return my item in person?

Please email us at jordan@jouclub.nz to begin your return or refund.  We will organise for a time for you to visit us in Auckland and return and refund your item. 

How will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the return product we will automatically issue a refund to the original payment method used when placing your order (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal).
